Login Error

Hi,

I have been using this script for at least a year and never had a problem until today. I tried to login and this is the error I get:

Notice: SmartyValidate: [is_valid] form 'login' is not registered. in /home/chefbt2/public_html/etup/libs/smarty/SmartyValidate.class.php on line 274

Can you please help!!!
