Muliple instances in one domain?

Can I run multiple instances of the script in a single domain?
Example:

one folder for real estate;
one folder for vehicles;
one for the other stuff.

We have a pretty strict one license, one install policy. You are welcome to PM me your plan, but also you might want to consider making those folders categories in your directory.
