How can I setup my cron job? What is the command to run the rss importing script?
It may seems like a stoopid question but I'm have no knowledge of Unix
Thanks,
Dan

just point your cron job to Content visible to registered users only.
via your webserver admin panel, Plesks adminpanel supports this very well

Hello,
This is what mine looks like in cpanel... in the "Command to Run box"
[php /home/texas/public_html/news/admin/dir_importrss.php] (without the square brackets, though)
I couldn't specifically find your sportsnews site... but I did find a newstopica site at that www.ciuboda.com. Is this yours? It ran the update when I entered the url in my browser, just by clicking on the link below. So maybe you can set up the cron just like I did above. (If this is your newstopica site)
http://www.ciuboda.com/rss/admin/dir_importrss.php if this isn't your newstopica, you need to find out where your newstopica is before you can try to set up the cron.
I don't claim to know very much, but I hope that I understood your issue.
thanks
randy
