Im backlogged like 20,000 approvals, is there a way to "approve all"

Sorry, is this a pre-sales question about version 3?
I'll answer by saying it is easier to clear out submissions faster in v3, but if it got all the way up to 20,000, you probably need to get some help in our supporters forum. You can do something like run a query on the database to clear it out, and then you can add some spam filters through the admin of phpLD.
