i did try this mod and made changes to the directory. but still it is simply not inserting the data and showing the same page... saying "This field is required"

My question is: should we add extra fields only at the end of the link table? can i add fields manually to the table via phpmyadmin or should I use only tables.php and what is the difference?

I am sure I have done and verified all smarty tags, label and field names, etc. but still I am clueless
