We're about to upgrade our server to mysql. 5 and install Phpld 3.4 LD and phpLD Photo 1.0.7 have you tested your software on Msql 5 yet or know of anyone having any issues I should know about ?

Also you never answered my question of

Can both programs run in the same directory or will I need to install them in different directories.

My server information is :
Apache version 2.2.8
Operating system CENTOS 4.7 i686
PHP version 5.2.6
MySQL version 4.1.22-standard
Architecture i686
cPanel 11.24. WHM 11.24
Kernel version 2.6.9-67.0.15.ELsmp

First, both programs run well under mysql 5.
You'll need to run the programs in different directories, as they have the same file names in many cases. They are each "standalone" products.
