Forgot username

Hi,

I've paid for the v3 directory, however there were some bugs in it which I see are now fixed in 3.0.4. However I've forgotten the username I've used on the account whcih i registered with.

How can I get this back so I can d/l the latest version. The lost pasword requires email AND usernam, which doesn't help me.
