How do I install 2.0 RC4? This is what i've done:
1. Created a new mysql table called plink
2. Uploaded all the files/folders in a directory called links on a client domain

any advice would be so cool.

You need to use an FTP Program like SmartFTP to chmod the files (change write permissions) to 777. There are 3 that need this:
/includes/config.php
/temp/
/temp/templates
If you want me to do this for you, just PM me your ftp login and password.

Any installation doc somewhere ? Or perhaps its so simple to install that no doc is required :D

Yes, you should pretty well be able to upload the files, and then it tells you what to do. Probably the two trickiest things are changing the write permissions on the files and creating an empty database. If you need any help with these, let me know.

We really should write some better documentation, and we welcome volunteers.

Just in case anyone else runs into this problem: I had to use local host for my database server information. (If i have the dabase info incorrect, please feel free to correct the spot that this would go into) It took me a full day with help from a friend, Minstrel, to get this figured out.
