Hello

I would like to test this script see how it goes and but maily see if my site takes off first before I purchase the full version.

Now my question is can you upgrade from the latest free version to the latest pay version?

Also is this script capable of providing a static url to each link where it dont change so you can provide this link to a link partner? Because if it changes then there software will detect it and screw up my whole system so I just needed to know this.

Yes, definitely. There is a link detail page that never changes, and also the link appears on the category page. Sometimes the link on the category page can change when you get a lot of links do to pagination (so link could be moved to page 2 for page 1 for example). So there is the link detail page that never changes, and the category page which generally doesn't change, but can if you get a lot of links in that category.
