good file for arabic

i translite it , just for the front end , but the admin i keep some of them in english.

Thanks for the file. I did upload your file and replaced the existing ar.php file, but I still can't read the new ar.php "yours", browser output the old ar.php file.
Any idea.

user and gust area translated 100%, admin area not finished yet ,i am working on it.
