DESCRIPTION:
Allows the creation of a Merchant Coupon to be displayed with your listing details page. Can be created from Admin and/or via regular submit. Ideal for submitters who want to offer visitors to your site discounts at their online or offline stores, or for directory owner that add affiliate links from merchants that also supply a coupon code for each listing.
This is great as an added benefit to entice paid submissions, whilst giving your visitors something they can use.
FEATURES:
Title or tag: Short headline area for your coupon.
Description area: Detailing what the coupon is for or how to use and disclaimer etc.
Logo or image area: Uploader or URL to image. If no image supplied, link title is displayed instead.
Coupon Code: For use in online stores.
Expiry Date: If no date set, coupon will display indefinitely. If date set, coupon will not display once past this date.
Printer friendly version: Allows printing of the coupon only for use in offline stores.
Latest Coupons Page: Listing Coupons by Creation Date.
NEW - URL Field. Coupon title can be linked to suppled URL
NEW - RSS Page - Displays Latest Coupons in RSS feed.
NEW - Admin Configuration - Muliple admin setting added (See below)

The instructions for phpLD 4.1 detail exactly how to set up new link types to be able to create stand-alone coupons. The detail page page for this link type will display as a coupon for this link_type, but unchanged for any other link_types you add.

NOTES:
Display date format for the coupon expiry date is set as yyyy-mm-dd, but can be anything you wish. If you pay for installation, let me know which format you prefer. Otherwise, see http://www.smarty.net/manual/en/language.modifier.date.format.php to see how you can do it yourself.
Please do not confuse this mod for my Advanced Coupons (http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29754://)mod which allows you to create coupons to offer discounts to your directory.
Please also mention if you have other uploader mods added to your submit pages as slight coding changes may be needed at the time of the install to prevent any clashes. I now have this working alongside VSDan's file uploader withou any issues, but there may be other uploader mods that I am unaware of.
IMPORTANT: Your self-install purchase allows unlimited installations on as many domains as YOU own. You are NOT allowed to install on third-party or your customer sites. This is against the terms of use and unless prior agreement has been sought. any such use will be deemed as a violation of usage terms and pursuant to the fact, action will always be taken to have those sites taken down. All emailed versions of this mod have very slight coding changes that make it very easy to trace the source, so it is in your own interests not to pass this mod to anyone else, as we have had some success in getting offending websites taken down, often resulting in the loss of the associated hosting account. If you do wish to use this mod for client websites, please contact me to arrange a multi-user discount.
