Make URL not compulsory field

Hi

I have installed PHP version 2 and wish to upgrade and purchase version 3, however I have a situation, whereby I do not wish to have the URL as a compulsory field.

I have been through the forum and found that addresses will be possible with Google maps, so very happy about that :)

Please advise, if this is this possible in Version 3?
