I recently installed the "php directory script" from http://www.phplinkdirectory.com on my website: http://www.askdirectory.com

Please tell me why my categories look like:

{old non working demo urls removed}

but on others sites there are:

{old non working demo urls removed}

please tell me why?

slavikp, you would just have to turn on Mod rewrite. To do this, go to the admin control panel and choose the menu System -> Directory. After that, set the "Enable URL rewrite" field to Yes.
