Warning when trying to import RSS

I get this warning when trying to import my RSS feeds that I have already added. My host allows php5 after I added a few lines to .htaccess. I am pretty new this and this probably has an easy fix, so pardon my ignorance.

I really need some help because I can not import Feed until this resolved.

it looks like php.ini problem, not a phpld directory problem.

consult your hosting.

I had to change my php.ini file to php5.ini and then add allow_call_time_pass_reference = on to the file.
