Have an ad on right of latest links page

Hi there,

My latest links page is displaying well, so there's no problem there, but I want to shorten the width of the latest links so I can put an ad next to them on the right.

I have been able to shorten the width and get some text on the right (instead of an ad, I'll add that later), but my test text also repeats along with the latest links.

It looks like this:
Directory Link Test Text
Directory Link Test Text
Directory Link Test Text
Directory Link Test Text
Directory Link Test Text
and so on....

Meanwhile, I want it to just show the links in a loop on the left and have whatever I want on the right like this:
Directory Link Test Text (ad)
Directory Link
Directory Link
Directory Link
Directory Link
Directory Link
and so on.....

Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi David, yeah I was going to but it involves displaying pretty much my whole theme code. I would however be more than willing to help out anyone who does need help as I've always gotten help here when I needed it from people like James, etc...
