need mod_rewrite

i need mod_rewrite for www.centraldirectory.net (http://www.centraldirectory.net) it does no use phpLD and just thought php programmers might be able to help me out.i want the link to categories to be like {old demo link removed}
right now it is like {old demo link removed}

so please help me.i will put a featured link if you can finish this job for me.
