4.0 Released?

So I've been holding off to see 4.0 released... Is is released now? and what is the summary features (like the page that compares 2.x to 3.x)

We haven't made the official announcement yet, but it is now considered final and in the downloads area. Most likely the official announcement will come in the next 1-2 days. You can read about it here:
