Submit Problem - conf_settings' is not registered

Hi,

I purcahsed two copies of phplinkdirectory. The first one works find but on my second installation, I found that I cannot submit a link and when I try to edit my link submission settings, I get error messages like this

Notice: SmartyValidate: [is_valid] form 'conf_settings' is not registered

and

Notice: SmartyValidate: [validate plugin] form 'conf_settings' is not registered. in

Please help if you can. Thank you
