Two sites?

Is it possible to get an additional license to run two sites with the software?

also which is the recommended version to install, 4 or 3.4 and are mods/themes compatable with 4

Most 3.4 mods are compatible with 4.0. However, you do have to take each one on a case by case basis. Mods by someone like bruleo or vsdan should be safe because they actively support their mods. And of course, you are always welcome to purchase additional licenses. :) I would recommend 4.0.
