Opinions on new template needed!

Here is the rough idea for new free template. It is based on original 3.0.4 script with no modifications.
I am considering adding rollover buttons like this.
If anyone is interested in using this template please let me know what minor changes should be made and what other features should be added

the text in the navbars is fuzzy "top links" "submit"
