Great Product: Regional Settings, User Registration

I am contemplating buying this script, I think it is a great script and it seems, from the forum, that you also provide great support but from reading the features and forums, I still am not very clear on what "comes out the box", i.e if I pay the 80 bucks for the script, what exactly will I be getting without coming back to you guys and paying for anything else (mods). It's weird to me that your demo shows a few things that aren't standard and less experienced users might need to pay extra to have the features that they saw in the demo, so I need to be sure - what exists in the demo that isn't standard....also, can you please verify that I can do the following "out the box":

1. setup the script as a regional directory, e.g by country, and still have the categories NOT countries shown on the hompage.
2. allow users to upload images for their listings.
3. user can register and log into their accounts as in the demo.
4. and lastly, if I did buy the script, I can use the script on another of my websites or do I need to buy another licence?

Our demo is only standard stuff. What is interesting about our latest release is we have Widgets, so properly displaying a "standard" phpLD is increasingly impossible, because of the number of options available now. However, several of the items you mention would require modification.
1. If the areas are not categories, and you want a separate field, that would be something extra
2. Some of the templates already come with a free thumbnail service built in, but to actually allow for uploading, that would involve modification. We may add this to phpLD by default at a later date once we have it standardized, but for now it would take 1-2 hours of work to install the mod for you.
3. Logging is something register users, editors and admins can do right now by default.
4. You need to purchase one license per installation/domain.
