Problem with double escaping

I just installed the newest version (fresh install) and i freaking love this script. I'm having a problem with it double escaping single/double quotes in the description and link title. So when the data gets posted to the site, all the quotes have a slash next to it.

Would this be a script bug or something with my server setup? magic_quotes()?

Thanks for posting....I'll make sure this gets looked at soon, and we will then release a patch for this.

Got the same problem.
When I type something like:

Content visible to registered users only.

I get:

Content visible to registered users only.
