Links In "Top" Only

Probably a simple code change but here's the story.
I want to use PHPLD as a link exchange only for one catagory only therefore I want links to appear on the main page ie in the [Top] catagory.
Is this possible?

hrmmm... so it's specific to a certain category? (ex: darts)

So you would now want all of the links in category 'darts' to show on the main page?

Basically I haven't thought this out properly:(

I just want a page in my site for link exchange so PHPLD is way over the top I think for that purpose.

Perhaps you could delete this thread.
