Looking for a live chat mod

Has anyone discovered a live chat/ messenger mod out there?
If not, any recommendations would be great. In a nutshell, I've been scouring the web looking for a live customer support add-on to provide my users with a link to chat/ ask questions and so on. One that can also be used with many browsers, no flash etc...

Not sure if it's what you are looking for, but I have a member to member messenger mod in progress.... might be a while until completion as I have several other things on the go, but when it's done, it will be a bit like a simplified version of the PM system in these forums.

I want to create a "Customer Service Live Chat" button for users so they can quickly get answers from admin if they have sign-up or pre-sales questions... Also show admin status or away. It's growing these days because people don't want to wait for emails any longer!

It sounds like even if I have to add a few things, your mod is what I'm looking for.

very plain and simple interface. billing starts at 6 cents per minute. you can have as may live chat operators as you want

phpjunkyard do a good support ticket system, if you wanted to go down that road, i always use them.

You might also want to look at what your host offers. Most that I have been with have offered different versions of ticketing software for free.

My current host (HeartInternet) offers Trouble Ticket Express with a single click install.

If your host does offer these, they should be listed in your cPanel.
