Try before I buy, but I can't.

Hi!
I would like to try before I buy by downloading the version 2 of this script but I can not.
I have registered with the website and forum, I have confirmed my forum login. I have not received a confirmation email for my website login.
When I click this link (can't post links yet) to go to the free version information and then click the Download link (can't post links yet) either at the top or the bottom of the article I get this message
Error. Possible unauthorized access.

If I go to the Available Downloads link in the left column (can't post links yet) I get

It has been more than 180 days since your last purchase. You no longer have access to the Downloads Area and to our Supporter's Forum. In order to regain these rights please click below to get a renewal. It will cost you $5.

Do I need to wait for an email to confirm my website login?
I am currently logged in to the forum and the website.

I am not new to installing scripts but I have not encountered any issues like this when downloading the free/trial versions.
I hope somone can shed some light on this. I have searched and found a couple threads about this but none have ended in any help for my situation.

I have only recieved, and verified an email from the forum registration. I have not received one for the main website login.

Is that supposed to arrive right away?
