fatal error in version 3

Sorry didnt see a area for version three. I am getting this error on my new install on the submit link pages..

Fatal error: Call to a member function Fields() on a non-object in /home/submitpa/public_html/include/functions.php on line 979

this is version 3.4

that looks like the install was notcompleted??? Or the database is going away one

The install was completed. I have no idea about "Or the database is going away one"

reinstalled and got it fine, no telling, thanks for the help...

LOL meant not completed ... the joys of using your blackberry to type ...

Only thing I did differently was delete install, and lower config before I hit the last button of the install....
