PhpLD kategori ekleme sorunu

Kategori ekleyemiyorum . :confused:

PhpLD Version 4 Kullanıyorum. Ancak Kategori eklemeye çalıştığımda " [TOP] kategori seçmelisiniz" yazıyor.

Birde site çok yavaş.. Veri tabanı vs ..
bunun sebebi nedir ?
