Conf_Payment won't delete record(s)

I have two records on pending which were just testing sites and they won't delete when I click the X, they just sit there.

Is this a bug?

Nope, u've to delete the link.

Ah ok, could you explain how to fully delete it?

I deleted it from the DB in phpmyadmin and removed the two tables.
