File Download.. WhAT?

Everytime I get to my site www.submitdotcom.com, it tells me to download a file, please go check it out.. what is happening?

I did read through it, and it will help, but I think you might be better off reading it from the start to get a step by step procedure of what to do.

It was working for 5 minutes, but it's down again. Contact your host and see what they can do, and hopefully anon, David or Optimit can give you some tips on what to do so you can resolve this issue.

Hope it works out, and be sure to read that link I gave you as it is the EXACT samething that you're dealing with.

I just replaced the original codes with the ones on the link you gave me. I didn't really understand it soo =\

EDIT:// it seems to work in IE. someone said it didn't work in firefox, does it for you? cuz it does for me and is the .htaccess code accurate?
