Cat Order on main page

When adding new cats to the dir I don a mistake. I was adding A to Z for cats but missed out D, so when i put it in later.. the order on the main page puts D in at the end instead of in alphabetical.. how can i correct this? the sub cat page is fine :P

in your admin control panel for the directory, try switching to: order by: alpha

cheers anon but that is for links, which my choice is pagerank. I'm refering to catergories created by myself, i wish to have those in alphabetical order????

i also seem to notice that the order in the sub cats (homepage page only) changes regulary

the order of the sub cats is ordered by hits not alphabetical
however there is a fix for this somewhere on the forum, try searching around a bit
