Allow Admin to submit WITHOUT url

Is it possible to allow Admin to make a submission without a URL?

I need this so I can list businesses that don't have websites.

My phpLD site is aimed at a certain narrow niche. And so I would like to include everything I can find for that niche, regardless of whether they have a website or not.

My version is the free version.
