Add links without registration

Hello everyone,
This may sound like a dumb question ...

In the latest version of PHPLD, is it possible for visitors to add their links to
a directory, without needing to signup for an account? Or, do user *have to*
join in order to submit links now?

you can setup this in the admin area of version 3.04.. both is possible
