upgrade directory script from 2.2 to 4.0

I have a site that is running 2.2 and I would to upgrade to the newest version. Can this be done safely? Does anyone know who can do the upgrade for me? There is a reason I do not want to do it. It's the same reason I don't work on my car, I don't like to have to walk everywhere.

If you are ok with using a standard 4.0 template then the cost is a basic install.
You can purchase that at the same time you purchase 4.0

That is 20.00 for the install.

If you want the template upgraded then that will run around 60.00
If you go ahead with the install route after purchase I will send an email to your paypal email outlining the information I need to complete the work.
I normally send those out first thing in the mornings.

I bought this site and then I bought a license this morning for the site, so where do I go to get a copy of 4.0? I can give you the transaction details if needed. I assume that it has the standard template. Any chance of losing anything in the upgrade?
