Hi all

Sorry to be a bother, but I am getting this error

Missing file: /public_html/spinoff/libs/adodb/drivers/adodb-db_driver.inc.php

and do not file the file either locally or on my (virtual) server.

TIA

You are not actually missing that file. The problem is that when you uploaded via ftp, the capitalization was changed in a couple of the files in the smarty library. Please especially check these files:
01) ./LICENSE.txt
02) ./admin/files/XulMenu.js
03) ./libs/smarty/Config_File.class.php
04) ./libs/smarty/COPYING.lib

Is there some other method of uploading that will resolve this problem?

After all, it's a fresh build.

And, don't some virtual servers ignore case, while others are case-sensitive?

Thanks

One of the best way to upload is to use a web based file manager. You upload the whole archive into your web root and use the web based file manager to unpack it. Then rename the resulting directory to what you want and change permissions for a few directories and you're ready to roll.

The problem (if it is in your case) are files in the Smarty library. Everything that is critical in our code is all lower case. Smarty is most widely used template system for PHP.

Nope, Bullet Proof FTP is uploading file names "as-is" for capitals. I can see upper and lower case characters LICENSE.txt and so forth in root and smarty.

But, I still do not see the above mentioned file.

Also, I get these red-arrow crossed lines when running index.php

Server API CGI mode is likely to have problems.

MSSQL Server Support Not available.

PostgreSQL Support Not available.

spinoff.com sits as a subdirectory on pcdoctorsgroup, cgi-bin is in root.

I know MySQL works, have implemented database for phplinkdirectory like I do other db's for pcdoctorsgroup and wordpress blog.

TIA

I haven't seen the CGI problem before, but hopefully someone will know and be bale to answer. I assume you are on a windows server.

Seem like I had the same problem.

PM achafik, he was the one who solved it for me. He said it was an error executing the mysql queries.
