Directory Startup Assistance

I am recovering an old directory from the Wayback Machine. I am looking for an experienced person to assist in installing the directory, cutting a current design we have to the directory, building a script to scrape the sites (URL, description, anchor text) out of wayback, and modifing the script (if needed).
