biz directory password

i have an old directory i want to switch to phplinkdir eventually but i wanna first go in and have a looka round it but i lost my pass
anyone know where in the files this would be kept and how easy it is to migrate over?

What I am thinking is you could add one line to your users table
Username: admin2
Password: 5ebe2294ecd0e0f08eab7690d2a6ee69

(5ebe2294ecd0e0f08eab7690d2a6ee69 is the md5 hash for "secret")

umm i dont have a user table
i see a user and password field in mysql but im not sure what to do to either retrieve the pass or create a new one
