After I filled out the Database Settings I get this:

Content visible to registered users only.

Does it mean that I wrote the wrong things?

I tried about 10 times with different inputs but it doesn't work. I even tried to connect to another mysql database on another web host account but that didn't work either.

I was thinking that maybe the "Database Server" field is wrong.

I tried both the IP, localhost, an another account but it didn't work. Where can I see that in PHPMyAdmin?

Thanks a lot.

Hi Jim_Westergren,

I don't think it's a problem with the database. If you see on the first line, the system is not able to find a file needed by the php script.

Added by David:
This problem is especially common on windows servers. What happens is people FTP files, and their FTP program changes the case of the file (removes the capital letter). Then people complain the file doesn't exist and it must be a problem with the script! :) So look carefully at the file names after upload and you should have your solution! Good luck! :)

I saw that thread but it didn't help me as the caps was correct.

Right now Achafik is helping me on it so we will see if it can be handled.

Thanks anyway.

That's great. I was about to ask you for your website access to have a look for you. I'm sure Achafik will be able to solve it. Good luck.

YK

Has anyone found the solution to this problem? I'm going around in circles from one thread to another but still can't find anything apart from the amazing post ...

Content visible to registered users only.

I second this:

Content visible to registered users only.

Thanks.

If this is on an upgrade (in other words you're loading the new distro files into a working install):

This happens because you didn't reload the install folder and run the install.php.
