Submitt Problems PLEASE HELP - URL SUBMITTER

Hello Community, we wanted now our URL Submitter with free entry service to over 500 search machines and link lists under www.mywebsubmit.de (http://www.mywebsubmit.de) of on-line and also your catalogs to take up. Unfortunately it is somewhat more complicated than meant. The following problem: If we in the system the following variable deposit give it entry effected out: http://www.suche-net.de/submit.php?TITLE= <! ---->&URL=<! --URL-->&DESCRIPTION=<! --DESCR-->&OWNER_NAME=<! --NAME--> &OWNER_EMAIL=<! --Email-->&CATEGORY_ID=229&submit=senden problem is however that there are no entries in the Web catalog. We enter instead of to the variables now however the URL, E-Mail etc. into the above line and leave those over IE implement fold everything marvelously. Us there can one help that lies????

you want to have people submit thier sites using PHPLD then access that database from 500 search engines?

Where is the Error in the String??
