I promise not to get NUTS anymore.
Here are ways to help me not go INSANE@!@@
1. BACK UP YOUR FILES PRIOR TO MODIFYING ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!
2. don't take anyone words for fixing, unless they are proven, and someone else can confirm that they in fact know what they are doing.
3. restrict your access to your FTP's (don't allow just anyone in them)
4. DONT try to modify something yourself if you arent 150% positive you can handle it.
5. Before modifying anything, check what VERSION of phpld that particular MOD is for.
6. State what VERSION of phpld/newstopica/article script/myphpsite you asking a question about.
(it's nobody's job to peer into your website to find what version you are using. (e.g. <meta name="generator" content="PHP Link Directory 3.0.4" />))
