How to disable non reciprocal links

Hi,

I've enabled reciprocal links and featured links. However, people are still able to submit non-reciprocal links. How can I disable these non-reciprocal links? It's taking me a long time to reject them all.

This is done in any version by going to System > Edit Settings > Directory > Payment

Disable the feature by choosing the 2nd to the last drop down under Recpr Links, it'll say Free, set that to No.

Thanks for the help. That didn't quite work, but I've set "regular links" at $10, so people should be more incentivised to give me reciprocals...
