If you already have the featured links widget on your site just place this code at the top of the pagerank.tpl of the widget

i have 2 Widgets Featured Links / Featured Random Links (only for right or Left position):o

That code should work just put it in the pagerank.tpl of both widgets and you should be on your way.

To be honest, if you're using v2.x and that is too complicated, you probably will never have featured links on your homepage unless you have someone do it for you.
