That is a weird problem. I'm hoping a programmer will chime in with a good follow up question. One thinh you might do is try turning mod rewrite off and see if anything changes.

It's a problem of Rating Mod on RC4
I'have the same problem. The solution is uninstall and reinstall the script only (not the Rating Mod). When an user rate a link, it disappears.
Bye and sorry for my English :P

Yes, this is certainly weird...Actually once a link is rated and then I go take a look at it in the admin panel the link expire date is changed to
1999-11-30 ?
This only happens once someone rates a link.

The rating system is a fairly new mod. yktan wrote it. He is a smart guy. I'm sure he will provide a fix within a day or two. I'm going to change the title of your post to reflect the relationship with the rating mod.

Hi guys, thanks for bringing up the problem.
The Rating Mod was implemented before the payment and featured links (which added an expiry field), so I think the Rating Mod will need to be re-done to cater for the new fields. I will come out with a solution very soon. Please stand by.

Yes, let me agree and also apologize with yktan. It is true the payment and featured link modules came after the rating mod...sorry for blaming the rating mod. :P The good thing is we are all working together, and fixing everything so that it keeps getting better and better. :)

Hi guys, I've updated a new version of the Mod to cater for the most recent release of PHP Link Directory:
http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=194
There are some changes, so please follow the instruction step by step. The most important thing is to use the new rate.php attached in the zip file.
