Upgrade from phpLD Directory Script Version 2.1.2

I'm planning to buy 4.0 Is it possible to upgrade from 2.1.2 to the latest version without too much trouble? My 2.1.2 is heavily modified, but I'm planning to start again from scratch. I just really want the database to be upgraded to 4.0. Then I'll start over with the design.

IF all you want to do is upgrade and keep the links and categories (database) and not a template or modifications then yes you can upgrade with little to no trouble.
Just be sure to read the upgrade text in the documents folder in the download

Absolutely, if you do NOT have to use the same template, and just want to upgrade the database, it is very straightforward, and we will be happy to help in the supporters forum as well.
