payments in euro not dollars

Somewhere on this forum is a topic about changing the currency of the link payments.
The link given in Search doesn't work.

Where do I change USD into EUR? (and let Paypal know that?)

Change it in paypal.tpl

I found a similar thread talking about pounds which gives the code to use... where they say GBP you would put EUR ...
