Featured list on top category

Anywho, Is there a mod (V.2 or higher) that would show all the featured list from the subcategories when you click on corresponding top category?

I plan on getting to this soon but right now am working on another issue that must be resolved. However if this doesn't exist it is in my to do list. I am assuming you are asking to show your featured listings while navigating through the directory but only featured listings that pertain to that particular category and its children.
