making read more for actually reading more

id like to know how to make this possible..(in v3.5)

when you see the link listed it will only show say 100characters of the non meta description and when you hit read more you will get the rest of the description
and what about giving fields so we can supply postal info and email address?

Well, I am also looking for this mod :
being able when adding a site to indicate address, city code, city or country name from a drowpdown menu, telephone.
That would be displayed in the detail page.
If someone has a tip for that or someone being able to make it for my directory, I could donate for it.

I am also looking for another mod if someone knows about it :
When a site has no image from alexa, being able to change it for another image from admin panel.
