help with error redeclare date_add

I can not login to my admin page or the website ..i'm getting this error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare date_add() in /home/ptcblog/public_html/include/functions.php on line 2185

how can i fix the problem?

rename that function in the functions file

change date_add to date_adda

where do i find the version... i bought the website from someone who i believe paided for it.
looking through the post i noticed to change split to explode...i did that and now i can login to admin and also the website...the only thing is the layout has changed , my banner adds the adsense , the flag stats are missing...do i need to reinstall them? Do you know why i had to change date_add and split...I had no problems with the website for months untill yesterday

i emailed him this morning again, i've have not heard back yet, have you? My banner ad widgets are not working, google adsensce or the flags ..its setup but it does show on the website
