FastLineDirectory GOES NUTS!

In an hour and a half, FastLineDirectory gains 44+ links in our directory submission from REAL owners. These domains have been IP checked, e-mail verified and have been contacted all at once to verify themselves, we have recieved almost half of them in replies and out Alexa rank oes from 2million+ to 737,400 in just 2 days of being listed on Alexa traffic stats.

Can someone please tell me what is going on and how is this possible?

umm, you offer free links. nough' said.

expect about another 3-400 or so(depending on where you advertise)

alexa jumps in ranks because all of these people have the toolbar installed. (*ugh i'd never install that crap on my pc*)

So I take it this is normal, reason why this is so odd to me is because we're new, and it normally takes 3 days to get atleast 12 links in our directory, we also paid softwaresubmit.net to advertise over 700k+ directories and engines, but the status hasn't even gone in active mode yet to make these numbers jump this way.

Oh, and no don't download the toolbar, they're all spyware junkies and nice way to get malware ;)

P.S anyone know where the mod is for showing how many categories you have and links plus pending links? Thanks :)

My site was up yesterday, first day, this morning, I had 148 pending links.
Its normal...

I go to DP, solication and announcements in the directory sectiom, helps lots :)
