How do you replace the banner?

edit your header.tpl file. this is where you can add in your own custom header.

How do you preview your .tpl files, i try to see what it currently looks like etc but i can't.

i upload them to the server and preview them in the web...

if you want to preview it local on your computer, you need to have a webserver installed on it.
look in the web for "xammp", its a complete apache, with php, mysql and so on.There you can install a local copy of your directory
you can install it on your computer and simulate the web..

Ok, i just designed a banner, saved it as (FILE NAME) header.tpl and replaced the current one.

Now my directory is "stuffed".

you can´t delete the complete header...
you have to modify the existing header!!!

design a banner, name it like you want( for example banner.jpg) and then you can change it in your existing header.tpl
best is, you post your header.tpl (the original)
