Questions About the link directory

First, I have no clue how to install everything, or whether my host will let me install it.My names are registered at netfirms Advantage Hosting package. I had a guy once try and install something similar with no success. What i am looking for is a directory of businesses and services in a geographical area. With some google ads and banner ads. I dont want to buy your product then stare at the screen like i am staring at the dancing banana.[bt]
Can a person get rid of the twitter and youtube stuff off of there??

I have reviewed the package and yes our script will work on it.
The two you are referring to are widgets and yes you can install or uninstall them as well
as any of the other ones listed in our widget section.

I have researched your site and services,and found many different websites with your script.Seems like you have a really good product.I am just deciding on a name i will use for this venture,If it is for a geographical area,can i have one page cityA another page cityB with links to business and services?

Sounds to me like you would want to use the Cities as top categories and then have subcategories under each one.

thats what it sounds like to me too.Just purchased the name for my new site OkanaganServices.com can i set an email account up thru netfirms now,and it will still be good when you do the install?

yes I only will make a database and do the install.
I do not change anything else

you should be able to access the control panel it is in,with the information i sent earlier in a private message.

ok and if you add your forum username to your phpLD account ( where you log in to purchase ) you will no longer have that restriction.

Everything is set up now,playing with the settings.Cant find where i edit the section with the search bar,it currently says
phpdirectory all the links you can get.
How do i go about changing that?I guess that would be where the logo would go?

That is logo.gif in the /templates/Professional folder :)

Is that in admin panel or file manager at netfirms
there are like 50 filenames I dont know where to look
I am in edit current template files

Normally you would access what James referenced with an FTP program such as Filezilla.
